Care plans can often support WordPress, bespoke, and other maintainable websites. Closed builders such as Wix, Squarespace, and Shopify are usually outside scope.

The current website, hosting, software, and setup are reviewed before a care plan is recommended, so any risks can be identified early.

Remedial work if needed

Some sites may need clean-up, migration, security remediation, repair work, or stabilisation before ongoing support can begin. Any such work is quoted separately.

Billing, Cancellation, and Support Allowances

These terms keep the plans clear and fair, so you know how ongoing support works before a care plan begins.

Monthly Billing

All Website Care Plans are billed monthly in advance and continue on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled.

Cancellation

Either party may cancel by providing 30 days' written notice. Services continue until the end of the current paid billing period.

Support Allowances

Included support time applies to the current billing period only and does not roll over unless agreed separately in writing.

Priority support means priority handling during normal business hours. It does not include guaranteed 24/7 emergency cover unless agreed separately.

Are these plans only for WordPress websites?

Yes, hosting is included where stated, along with related essentials such as backups, monitoring, and SSL management.

What counts as fault support?

Are content updates included?

Not by default. Content updates are usually treated separately unless covered by another agreement or add-on.

Can you take over an existing website?

Often, yes. A review is usually carried out first to confirm the current setup and recommend the right route. Some websites may need clean-up, migration, repair work, or security remediation before a care plan can begin.
